Return & Replacement Policy

1. Returns & Replacements

Due to the consumable nature of our food products, returns or replacements are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Packaging found tampered before delivery

  • Genuine quality concerns verified by our team

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order ID or proof of purchase

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Change of taste or personal preference

  • Requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect, or

  • Damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

After verification, Sakhi Master may provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit / discount coupon for future purchases


4. Refund Policy

Sakhi Master does not offer monetary refunds.

In eligible cases approved by our team, customers may receive:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit / discount coupon redeemable on future Sakhi Master purchases


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided when the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.

Customers must contact our support team within the specified period and provide supporting photos/videos for verification.


6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, Sakhi Master will provide instructions regarding the return process.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Sakhi Master reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen circumstances, product availability issues, payment verification concerns, or other operational reasons.
